For your information a permit application was applied for on February 12, 1992 and the appropriate fees paid. I think it would be in the best interest for Butte ,County, if you paid more attention to what was going on in your department, as you would not have had to send this last letter out. You would have saved the time of one secretary to type this letter and you would have saved the taxpayers money on the paper and stamp.
