APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on December 5, 1990, the committee granted
a conditional Certificate"of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The conditions are:
1. Place a note on the final certificate that states: "Usable sewage
disposal area is limited. Contact the Health Department prior to
grading, or selection of home site."
2. Verify legal access to the parcel from a publicly maintained road.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision. -
