Dear Mr. Painter.;
Jr have reviewed Mr. Reynolds' request to place.a ter-porary, second
dwelling on AP#72-09-03. This parcel is within the Oroville
Elementary School District and it is specifically within the
school boundaries of Ophir School for Grades IC -6
Due to the current impacted student enrollment in the school
district and the lack of sufficie.at rlasartKn facilities for,
current enrollments,' the District: is imposing a developer fee an
all new developmento temporary and permanent. Mr. Reynolds Vi.11
need to pay a developer fee beore he moves a temporary dwelling
onto the property. The fee is $JL.50per square foot for
residential development and $.25 per scjAaare foot for commercial
and/or industrial development.
Before the use permit is approved, Mr. Reynolds should be told
about the developer fees.
