We had not considered improving the building at this time, since we had other projects needing our attention, but the illness of Heidi's father and the subsequent need to take care of him as well as her aging mother,prompted us to "fix -up" -remodel the old building, so they could move in and we could then take proper care of them. It turned out to be a huge project, since most everything had to be completely re -done ... much to our dismay,but time was of the essence and, as it turned out, the father passed away Dec.1,2002.Now the mother needs taking care of as well,she is 81 years old, and we find ourselves in this situation.
