The concrete footings will be placed on this material. Steepest slope under the main structure is 3=1 or less; on the South end the slope becomes 1=1 to the end of the garage as shown on the plans. Material is stabile. None of the footings will act as retaining walls. The foundation as planned can be constructed at the site, with the requirement that drainage from the slope above be directed around and away from the building footings.
