(916') '35-510.3:0 October 17 '1984' �f Mr., Dave Hironimus Bunte County Planning Department ' 7 Country Center brive Oroville, CA 959`.65 Dear Mr Hironimus: The Department of, Fish and Game has reviewed the Tentative Parcel Map (AP, 72-26-45) for Eugene, Lahaie'=s proposal, to: split J.5+ acres into three aroels of 6+ acres. The TP site ' P is located east of` �roville and south of Lake Oravilid. The site is covered by 'a mixed habitat of oak' woodland and chaparral and is critical= winter` range for the ` M oretown Deer Herd. Rosidential development of the parcels Mould' adversely affect migratory deer. The Depart- ment concurs with Bu;t�te County, Deer Study Panel's Report which recommends 40 -acre minimum parcels for sites not adjacent to identified transportation corridots.
