Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from this office for mobilehome utilities and installation and constructing two decks in violation of the Mobilehome Parks Act of Title 2.5, California Code of Reg- ulations, adopted by Section 28A-1 of the Butte County Code as follows: (a) 1018 Permits Required for Mobilehome Utilities & Accessory Structures (b) 1048 Inspections Required for Mobilehome Utilities & Accessory Structures (c) 1324 Permits Required for Mobilehome Installation (d) 1326 Inspections Required for Mobilehome Installation :The above violation shall be corrected or abated by you by submitting two (2) com- plete sets of plans, applying for the required permits and paying the appropriate fees within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter. A -permit application has been made for mobilehome utilities and installation but has not been issued. After permit issuance and field authorization to proceed, the work must be completed and approved by this office within the permit specified time.
