But it is becoming very disturbing .to me the activity on the property of Mr. And Mrs. Scobee. Located at 91 Dickerson Lane, Parcel Number 072-330-080, Butte County, Oroville, California. There are far more than can be expected for the size of the lot of travel trailer and mobile homes. These items have been drug up to the property, at unusual times during the evening and weekends. I know of at least one other person now living in one of these travel trailers, besides the Scobee family. Traffic has increased dramatically which might indicate even more people residing there. As well as there are numerous vehicles on the property, which have been dismantled and parts sold. Causing me to believe that the Scobee's are using the property as a business. Even perhaps as an unlicensed wrecking yard? I am not sure that you would be the agency to contact, but if not, could you please I orward this to the -correct person? - - Sincerely, A Concerned Neighbor BUTTE COUNTY' ; _:<•. JAS!
