The condition is: 1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family residence exists on the parcel. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless the enclosed waiver is signed and returned to this office waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision. If the condition is met prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate with no condition will beissued. Any appeals must be made to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
