Application for Determination
At the regular.meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee
held on July 5, 1989, the committee granted a conditional Certificate of
Compliance for the above -referenced property. The condition is:
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the
installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a
single family residence exists on the parcel.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be
recorded unless the enclosed waiver is signed and returned to this office
waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision. If the condition
is met prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate with
no condition will beissued. Any appeals must be made to the Clerk
of the Board of Supervisors.

The Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee, on.Wednesday, March
16, 1977'at 3:00 p.m., in the Data Processing Training Room, at 1 County
Center Drive, Oroville, California, will hold a hearing pursuant to
Butte County Code Section 20-42, to determine whether or not there has
been a division of land in violation of the Subdivision Map Act or the
Butte County Code, Chapter 20,.and whether a Notice Of Violation shall
be recorded in the Office of the Butte County Recorder.
Evidence will be presented by the representatives of the County, the
owners of the property and anv other interested persons.
The 'subject property appears to have resulted from an illegal lot split.
A'finding of a violation may result in the recordation in the Office
of the County Recorder of a notice of such violation which will be
constructive notice of such violation to subsequent owners of the property,
may"result in the denial of permits or approvals necessary for the
development of the said property, or ma,,;- result in the institution of
criminal action against the owner of the property.
