At the regular meeting of -the Butte County Development Review Committee held on
-June 6, 1994, the Committee deleted the condition to: "File a Record of Survey" from
your Certificate of Compliance which was granted on April 11, 1994. The only
remaining condition on the Certificate is: "Payment of a $9.00 recording fee".

APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review
Committee held on April 11, 1994, the Commmittee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The conditions are:
•1. File a Record of Survey.
2. Payment of $9.00 recording fee.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving
your right to appeal the committee's decision. If the condition is
-net prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate
with no conditions will be issued.
