Golden: At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee held April 19, 1973, the Committee issued a Certificate of Compliance for AP 72-35-23 subject to the following conditions: O 1. A public road connection be constructed at the intersection of Bandit Lane and Black Bart Road. 2. Provide a road maintenance agreement. There is a fifteen day appeal period in which you may appeal the decision of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee by writing to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. If no appeals are received, your Certificate of Compliance will be recorded with the Butte County Recorder. If you dish to waive your appeal period, please sign and return the enclosed time waiver.
