east of Oroville
Virginia I. Foss, 5412 Woodleaf Star R oute, stated that the trailer
was placed in the only position it could be placed because of ditches
and large rocks and questioned that there was room for one that would
contain the required number of square feet.
Loralee Fox, 9100 Tuolomme drive, #39Sacramento, Da., daup'hi:er of
the appl icant,al so stated that it would be di ffi cult to park' a
larger mobile on the lot.
Sandy Finch, 9' 08-D, Alameda Road, San Jose, ca. stated that Mrs.
Foss was an asset to the community and that she would not like to lose her,
She agreed that there are too many rocks and that Mr. Overhouse had
made them put the trailer where it now is some years ago. It had been
eXplained earlier that Mrs. Foss is losing her eyesight and is badly
in need of electricity in the mobile.
Chairman Gilbert continued this matter until November 24 in hopes
that some of the CoMmi ss oncrs and somebody from the Building and
Health Departments could view the site.

Mrs. Foss suffers from bilateral herpes simplex I<eratitis, a disease
which produces cornealscarring and results in decreased visual acuity.
