25, 1974 in Book 1886 of Butte County Official Records, at pages 567 and
568.
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following
conditions which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code
Chapter 20-167 and Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect
the vublic h-ealtL- and, public safety.
1. Provide 60 feet of traversable right-of-way to a publicly maintained
road.
Z. Prove existence of domestic water availability on the property.
3. Prove that a suitable site for the installation of sewage disposal
exists on the property.

Dear Mr. and 11rs. McCormick:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held March 21, 1979, the Committee issued a conditional
Certificate of Compliance for AP 72-44-18. The conditions are as
follows:
1. Provide 60 feet of traversable right-of-way to a publicly
maintained road.
2. Prove existence of domestic water availability on the property.
3. Prove that a suitable site for the installation of sewage dis-
posal system exists on the property.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional
Certificate of Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return
the attached waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committees
decision.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact this
office.

Certificate of Compliance
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Board of Supervisors held
May 8, 1979, the Board upheld. your appeal of conditions #1 and #2,
placed on your Certificate of Compliance for AP 72-44-18 by the Butte
County Subdivision Violation Committee.
Even though conditions #1 and #2 were deleted, the Board said that you
would need to provide evidence of legal access to the satisfaction of
the Department of Public Works before condition #3 would be considered
as met. Since a deed was recorded on July 20, 1979 in Book 2423 at
Page 341 and 342 (Robert Draper and Evelyn Draper granting to Frank L.
McCormick and. Agnes McCormick), this would satisfy the access condition.
Since all the conditions on your conditional Certificate of Compliance
have been met, a Notice of Compliance was issued by the Butte County
Subdivision Violation Committee.
Enclosed please find a copy of the Notice of Compliance issued by the
Subdivision Violation Committee, which was recorded on July 31, 1979,
in Book 2427 at Page 247; in the Office of the Butte County Recorder.
