McCormick: At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee held March 21, 1979, the Committee issued a conditional Certificate of Compliance for AP 72-44-18. McDONALD Deputy Director RE: AP 72-44-18 Certificate of Compliance At the regular meeting of the Butte County Board of Supervisors held May 8, 1979, the Board upheld. your appeal of conditions #1 and #2, placed on your Certificate of Compliance for AP 72-44-18 by the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee. Even though conditions #1 and #2 were deleted, the Board said that you would need to provide evidence of legal access to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Works before condition #3 would be considered as met. Since a deed was recorded on July 20, 1979 in Book 2423 at Page 341 and 342 (Robert Draper and Evelyn Draper granting to Frank L. McCormick and. Agnes McCormick), this would satisfy the access condition. Since all the conditions on your conditional Certificate of Compliance have been met, a Notice of Compliance was issued by the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee.
