All that certain real property situate in the unincorporated area of the County of Butte, State of
California, described as follows:
The West 330 feet of the North 440 feet of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter
of Section 26, Township 19 North, Range 5 East, M.D.M., the East 330 feet of the West 660 feet of
the North 440 feet of said Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of said Section 26; the
West 330 feet of the South 440 feet of the North 880 feet of said Northwest one-quarter of the
Northeast on of said Section 26; the East 330 feet of the..West 660 feet of the South 440 feet
of the North 880 feet of said Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of said Section 26,

Dear Mr. Runge:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review Committee held on August 22, 1996, the
Committee granted a Conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced' property. The conditions
are:
1. Pay the recording fee in effect at the time the Certificate of Compliance is recorded. The
current fee is $6.00 for the first sheet plus $3.00 for each additional sheet. The estimated
current cost for recording this Certificate is $9.00 without conditions, $12.00 with conditions.
This cost estimate is based on one page notification (first sheet), one page of legal
description attached as Exhibit "A", and one page of conditions attached as Exhibit "B".
2. Construct access road from the parcel to Sandra Lane to the RS -8 -LD -II road standard.
An informational note will be placed on the certificate as follows: "All new structures must meet the Fire Safe
Requirements of the Butte County Code and Public Resources Code 4290 and 4291."
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the
enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision. If the conditions are cleared prior to
the end of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate with no conditions will be recorded.
