The conditions are: 1. Provide satisfactory evidence that an adequate supply of domestic. water exists on the property for a single familyresidence. 2. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the installa- tion and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family dwelling exists on the property. 3. Provide 60 ft. of access, from a public maintained road to the parcel. This access to meet the current county standards for traversable access. 4. The parcels are to be combined and a description.written for the combined parcels. There is a 15 day appeal period before this conditional Certificate of Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return the attached waiver waiving your right.to appeal the Committee's decision.
