The conditions are: 1. Provide satisfactory evidence that an adequate supply of domestic. water exists on the property for a single familyresidence. 2. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the installa- tion and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family dwelling exists on the property. 3.
