Box 2042 App, for Determination Oroville, CA 95965 Dear Mr. Runge: At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee held on August 6, 1986, the committee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The conditions are: 1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the instal- lation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family residence exists on the property. 2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of domestic water are available on the property for a single family residence. 3. Verify legal access to the parcel from a publicly maintained road. 4. Provide traversable access from a publicly maintained road. 5. Either file a record of survey map for the parcel or verify that one exists. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless the enclosed waiver is signed and returned to this office, waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
