This Notice of Compliance is hereby issued by.the County of Butte to certify that the condition(s)
imposed .on the Certificate of Compliance, recorded on October 28, 1986, under Butte County
Serial Number 86-38233, have been fulfilled to the satisfaction of Butte County on property

ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of the parcel may require issuance of a permit

Issuance of this Notice of Compliance is pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-167.

Dear Mr. Runge:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee
held on August 6, 1986, the committee granted a conditional Certificate
of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The conditions are:
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the instal-
lation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single
family residence exists on the property.
2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of domestic
water are available on the property for a single family residence.
3. Verify legal access to the parcel from a publicly maintained road.
4. Provide traversable access from a publicly maintained road.
5. Either file a record of survey map for the parcel or verify that
one exists.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded
unless the enclosed waiver is signed and returned to this office, waiving
your right to appeal the committee's decision. Any appeals must be made
to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
