This Notice of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of Butte to certify that the
condition(s) imposed on the Certificate of Compliance, recorded on October 6, 1987, under
Butte County Serial Number 87-36422, have been fulfilled to the satisfaction of the

Issuance of this Notice of Compliance is pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-167.

All that certain real property situate in the State of California, County of Butte, described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 26, Township 19 North, Range 5 East, M.D.B.
& M.;
THENCE South along the East line of said Section 26, South 00044'55" East, 1760.75 feet;
THENCE leaving said East line South 89015'41 " West, 1370.39 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING for the parcel herein described, said point also being the centerline of a road and
utilities easement recorded in Book 1722 of Official Records at Page 475;
