the South 440 feet of said Southwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of said Section 26; the

RE: Application for Determination, AP 072-450-001, 009, 010, 017 and 018 (one lot), FILE DET 96-13
Dear Mr. Runge:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review, Committee held on August 22, 1996, the
Committee granted a Conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The conditions
are:
1. Pay the recording fee in effect at the time the Certificate of Compliance is recorded. The current fee
is $6.00 for the first sheet plus $3.00 for each additional sheet. The estimated current cost for
recording this Certificate is $9.00 without conditions, $12.00 with conditions. This cost estimate is
based on one page notification (first sheet), one page of legal description attached as Exhibit "A", and
one page of conditions attached as Exhibit "B
2. Construct access road from the parcel to Sandra Lane to the RS -8 -LD -II road standard.
The following informational note will be placed on the Certificate of Compliance: "All new structures must
meet the Fire Safe Requirements of the Butte County Code and Public Resources Code 4290 and 4291."
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the
enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision. If the conditions are cleared prior to
the end of the appeal period,, a "clean" certificate with no conditions will be recorded.
