At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held April 4, 1979, the Committee issued a.conditional
Certificate of Compliance for AP 72-45-34. The conditions are as
follows:
,1. Prove a suitable site for sewage disposal on the
property that meets the requirements of the Butte
County Health Department (Environmental Health
division).
2. Verify legal access to a public maintained road.
3. Provide traversable access along access easement to
public maintained road.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional
Certificate of Compliance can be .recorded, unless you sign and re-
turn the attached waiver waiving your right to appeal the Commit-
tee's decision.
