The Land Use plan Map of the Butte County General Plan designates this area as Agricultural -Residential. There Are no specific or community plans for the area. The proposal does not :conflict with County zoning nor any adopted or Proposed element of the Butte County General Plan nor any County, specific or community plan. Recommend approval. This project will reduce potential impact to deer habitat if the following mitigation measure and condition are adopted._ Mitigation measure proposed by applicant and modified to meet the recommendations of the Butte County beer Herd Study Panel report: i» Place a note On the final map stating "Perimeter- fencing is limited to 5 strands or less of barbed wire, the bottom and top wire to be a minimum o+'16 inches and a maximum of 48 inches above the ground".
