With reference to your memo of April 6, 1987, to this office, regarding
the subject parcels and letter of April 1, 1987 to Barnhart -Brown &
Associates regarding AN 72-26-68, Butte County will issue a building
permit for AP# 72-26-67 providing the requirements of the Butte County
Building Department. and Butte County Environmental Health Department
are complied with.
Any further division of this parcel.or any other parcel on Lake Haven Way,
will require a deeded 60 foot easement to Lumpkin Road.
Also; any parcel on Lake Haven Way requiring a Certificate of Compliance
must obtain a 60 foot deeded easement to.Lumpkin Road as•a condition of
approval.
