- .,,Butte County will issue building permits on the subject parcel map since by law I
.a parcel map also serves as a Certificate of Compliance. Apparently this map
was approved at a time when scrutiny -of deeded right -of --way access was not too,'
great. We will, however, mark those permits with a note that we do not guarantee
access to the applicant,.future owners or residents.
Our present policy of requiring verfication of access for all other parcel divisions
or -permits in this area will continue unless we get different direction from the
Board of Supervisors.
