The owner of record is still Bertram L. Bergeson. The;.preliminary title report shows that there is no deeded Right -of -Way. The -access road that is being used to subject property goes across about �.4,,mile of private property. The owners of this private property have provided us with a gate -key to enable us to have means of ingress and egress We do not want to close the escrow unless we can be assured that, at a later date, a building permit will be issued.for one single family residence -on this 40 acre parcel..
