.Dear Mir. Williams;
At the regular meeting of the Butte county Adviaory Agency held
on July 8, 1985, the ct;ency approved the above.' -referenced
boundary lino modification, noting that the project is categorically
exempt train environmental, review and subject to the conditions of
approval listed on the attached sheet.
If no appeals are timely filed -..within ten (10) days of the date of
the Advisory Agency's approval --With the Clerk of the Board 6f
Supervisors, this action will be final.
The Conditions Of approval mutt be met Within twenty-four (24) months
from the date Ofapproval by the Advisory Agency,

I. Prepare necessary deeds for recordation. Submit to Department
of Public Works for checking.
2. Verify that partial ret.onveyance and/or modification of trust
deeds has been accomplished, if necessary,
3• Verify ,hat ,there are no delinquent taxes due

4. After recordation of deeds, contact the Assessor's office and request
that the necessary Parcels be eotmbined so that no new parcels are
created.
5• Prepare plat map showing approved boundary line modification and
submit

6. Show all easements of record on the final map or plat.
7, Verify legal access to each parcel.

acre +/-- within the 'TP -16t7 `one. Land included within the TP --1:60 (or
TP''Z-166) tone must 'meet strict standards as spelled out in Section
24-190 of 4~t -we Zoning Ordinance, Section 4561 of the Public Resources
Cade and tho forest practice rules of the State Board of Forestry.
The BLM would violate Section 24-190(F-) of the Zoning Ordinance in
that the conforming parcel of- 160 acres would be diminished in size
(thought only by 0.4 acres +/-), A Variance to minimum parcel size
could not be considered with the 'TP --160 zoning, Rezoning to a new
one which is in conformance with the County general. plan Would be
necessary to allow this RLM.
Denial of the VL -.M, as proposed, is rocommcnded.
