Dear Mr. Dozier:
At the regular meeting of the Butte dounty Advisory Agency held
on August 22,1,983, the Agency approved your boundary line
modification on the above -referenced property, noting that the
project is categorically exempt from environmental review and
subject to the conditions of approval As listed on the attached
sheet.
` If no appeals are tamely filed --within ten (1.0) days of the date of
the Advisory Agency's approval --with the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors, this action Will be final.

Public Work's Department conditions are;
1. Prepare necessary deeds for recordation. Submit to
Department of Public Works for checking.
2. Verify that partial reconveyance of trust deeds has
been accomplished, if necessary,
3. Verify that there are no delinquent taxes due prior
to recording deeds or map.
4. After recordatioi;,of deeds, contact the Asses3or's
office and request that the necessary parcels be
combined that no new parcels are created.
