This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County
of Butte to certify that the land division which created the parcel of
property identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.
1. Property location: A portion of the Northeast quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 29,
T19N, R6E9 Forbestown area.

Description: All that certain property located in the County
of 'Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
A portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 29, Township 19 North,
Range 6 East, M.D.B. & M. and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 29; thence South 891
24' 50" west along the North line of said Section 29, a distance of 1051.11
feet to a point at the Northeast corner of the land described in the deed
from Byron E. Munk to Fred W. Goodwin and wife, dated February 1, 1969 and
recorded February 17, 1969 in Book 1554 of Official Records, at page 226;
thence South 00 35' 10" East along the Easterly line of said Goodwin land a
distance of 311 feet to the point of beginning for the parcel of land herein
described; thence South 00 35' 10" East a distance of 311 feet to a point;
thence North 89° 24' 50" East 1050,90 feet to a point on the Easterly line
of said Section 29; thence North 00 33' 59" West along the East line of said
Section 29 a distance of 311 feet to a point that bears North 890 24' 50"
East from the point of beginning; thence South 89° 24' 50" West 1051.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH rights-of-way of record contained in deed recorded May 26,
1970, in Book 1615 of Butte County Offical Records, at pages 405 and 406.
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following
conditions which have been imposed'pursuant to the Butte County Code
Chapter 20'-166,and Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect
the public health and public safety. o
