Failure to obtain the required permits and inspections for installation of travel trailer. Occupying mobilehome'and travel trailer without the required approvals. Since zoning regulations permits only one dwelling unit per parcel in the A-5 zone, in which you -ate located, you must also obtain a var- iance from the Butte County Planning Department for the second living unit. Since permits and inspections are required for the above work, please contact this office within ten days of the, date of this letter', submit two complete sets of plans, apply for the required permits, and.pay the appropriate fee's.
