At the regular meetingof the Butte County Advisory Agency held
October 29, 1984, the Agency approved your Boundary Line
Modification for AP 73-18-41 & 60; noting that the project is
ategorical;,y exempt from environmental review and subject to the
conditions of approval listed on the attached sheet,
If no appeals ate timely filed ---within ten (10) days of the date of
the Advisory Agency's approval --with the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors, this action will be final
The conditions of approval must be complied with Within twenty-four
(24) months from the date of approval by the Advisory Agesnoy,
