At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advisory Agency heldon
March 19, 1984, the agency approved your bouidary line mod5.eication
on the above-r8ferenced property, noting that the project is
categorically exerdpt from environmental review and, subject to the
conditions .of approval listed onthe attached sheet;
If no appeals are timely filed—within ten (10) days of the date of the
I Advisory Agency's approval--with the Clerk of the Hoard of Supervisors,
this action wLll'be final.
The conditions of approval must be complied with Within tWenty-four
(2)t) months of the data of approval by the Advisory Agency:

Public Works Department conditions are:
1. Prepare necessary deeds for recordation. Submit to
Department of Public Works for checking.
2i Verify that partial reconveyance of trust deeds has
been accomplished, if necessary,
3. Verify that there are no delinquent takes due prior to
recording deeds'or map.
4. Prepare plat map showing approved boundary line
modification and wbmit to Department of Public Works
for checking, approval and recording.
5 After recordation of deeds, contact the Assessor's office
and request that the necessary parcels be. combined so
that no new parcels are created.
6. Show all easements of record on the final map or plat.
