Wiley: With reference to the above subject and your letter dated October 29, 1992, before we could issue a building permit on this property we would need the following: 1) Execution of a copy of the attached access declaration. 2) Approval from the Butte County Environmental' Health Department on water supply and sewage disposal systems. 3) Building permit application, appropriate fees paid and three (3) sets of building plans for plan checking.
