Richard Prior stated that he had talked with Mr. McKendrick in the Building Department regarding the 35 ft. deeded right-of-way, being waived'. He stated that Mr. McKendrick said he would waive the 35 ft. requirement. Mr. Prior stated with the 35 ft. right-of-way it would put his gas pumos in the right-of-way. Commissioner Lynch questioned Public Works asking for 35 ft. where they usuali`y ask for 30 ft Staff stater, that the right-of-way for roads Will vary.. Staff j"" This suggested the condition 'read. or as determined by Public iJorks. Was acceptable to the applicant. Chairman Walter asked if this was an expansion into the service bays and the applicant stated "'yes, the builcil g will not be changed and the existing mobile home will be removed." Chairman Walter commented on how dose the gas pumps were to the road and questioned what will happen to the pumps if the 35 fti deeded ricuht-of-;way is imposed. Mr. Prior stated that a deeded 35 ft. right-of-way would take away the gas pumps He stated that they will have the gam tanks pressure checked.
