Should you desire to appeal this decision you must do so, in writing, with the appeal fee of $50.00 to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, California, prior to the expiration of the 10 -day appeal period which is at 5:00 p.m., Monday, August 25, 2003.
