Eric, we have a building permit application for a 7,200 square foot structure on the
Setzer wood molding plant site off of Kusel Road. It is in the County, zoned M-2
and would be a permitted use. It is in the Enterprise Zone and the code states that
the Director of Community Development reviews the plans rather than the DRB
pursuant to code section 26.86A. They have over 100,000 square feet of other
structures on the site and the proposed location for the new building is in close
proximity to the other structures and setbacks are not an issue. Let me know how
you want to handle this one.
