Dear Mr. Barrett:
At your request, we have conducted tests on two gas fired wall
furnaces to determine the temperatures -produced -on a side wall
extending in front of the heater and located four (4) inches to
the side of the appliance front panel.:..
The procedures for conduct of:the test are outlined in Gas -Fired
Gravity and Fan Type Vented Wall Furnaces, ANSI Z21.'49.. The
appliances were in operation`four._(4): hours after which time the
temperatures of the side wall surface was measured.

The appliances comply with the provisions of the safety'_.Standard
