EXPIRATION OF APPLICATION Applications for which a permit has not been issued will expire one year after date of application. In order to renew action on an application after expiration, a new application, plans and fees will be required. REQUEST FOR FEE REFUNDS Refunds can only be made upon written request by the person who paid the fee. The request must be made within two years from the date of fee payment on permits not issued, and two years from the date of permit issuance for permits issued; however, on issued permits refunds can only be made if no construction work has been done. Field density tests were taken on the surface of the pads and are shown" on the "Summary of Tests". During placement of compacted fills, no inspection of filling operation or intermediate field density tests were performed; therefore, no warranty as to the condition of fills surrounding or underlying the field density tests are either expressed or implied. Testing Field density tests were taken on the surface of existing fills. Representative samples of the soil were taken to the laboratory for compaction tests and visual classification. The compaction tests were performed in accordance with the laboratory standard A.S.T.M.-1557 Method D. The relative density of the fill was determined from the compaction tests. The location of the field density tests are shown on the attached drawing "Location of Density Tests". The results of the field density tests are presented on the table " Summary of Tests".
