with reference to the 4/16/02 notice mailed on 4/19/02 concerning
said trailers, please be advised of the following:
1) The property has been sold to the residents, Doris Barbara
Adams and her daughter, Lavania McArthur on a Long Term Contract
to Purchase.
2) The buyers have assured my agent of the following:
a) The pop-up travel tent:.trailer parked by the shed in
the rear of the house is owned by Mrs. C. Sherman (another daughter)
and is removed whenever Mrs. Sherman vacations.
b) The other 2 trailers are owned by Mrs. Adams and are
being used solely as storage units. My information if that no
electrical wires and or extensions and or water hoses are connected
to these trailers.
3) Mrs. Adams, Mrs. McArthur, Mrs. Sherman and several other persons
have sworn to my agent this to be accurate and true. I have also
enlisted an impartial party to drive by and verify these statements
are true. The report is that no electrical wires and or extensions
and or water hoses extended to any of the trailers were observed.
Therefore, I trust this will resolve any further violation of Butte
County Ordinances. The buyers have indicated that if permits should
be required for trailers to be parked on private property, they may
be contacted at 534-9075 for further instructions thereof.
