November 4, 1983• Mr, Hilst has located- a mobile home on what was once a low Lot east of Lower Wyandotte Road adjacent to 60 inch C.M.P. culvert; crossing. No. 334• as identified in the County Drainage Study covering the,area in question. The Study determined that. the culvert was adequate. The Lot is noted as "subject to inundation by storm water" and the final map notes the approximate' high, water resulting storm of 1937. This particular Lot received substantial fill in 1968 when the N.B.P.U.D. Sewer Line to Kelly Ridge was installed. The physical location of the mobil is upon•.the fill and is not subject to flooding.
