A reasonable visual inspection was made without going on the roof, under the build- ing, or in the attic and found the following items which must be done or resolved. A review of our records show that two permits 266-68 (repairs and add bathrooms, and 520-69 (addition to building) have expired without final inspections. The following items will be required to be corrected regardless of the conversion from lodge to church: (1) Provide a second exit from the main portion of the building (ie in location boarded up). (2) Wall surface in the bathrooms is to be a hard non-absorbant surface. (3) Provide properly vented fixtures above the roof. (4) If a heat source is to be used, it is to be an approved.type and properly, vented. (5) Provide exterior wall covering on bathroom addition. (6) Label the electric panel and verify that it is properly grounded. (7) Trim all electric outlets and switches. (8) Provide a pressure temperature relief valve, properly plumbed to the outside, on the water, heaters. (9) The vent from the water heater is to be extended above the roof. This inspection by the County of Butte does not act as a guarantee or warranty as to the internal soundness of said conversion.
