Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of Butte and the
special conditions set forth below: Vera I. Nielsen is hereby granted a Use Permit in
accordance with application filed: April 16, 1992 .to allow a mobile home as a temporary
second dwelling on property zoned A -R located on the west side of V -E Road,
Approximately 140 feet north of Oak Knoll way, Oroville.
1. Failure to comply with the conditions specified herein as the basis for
approval of application and issuance of Permit, constitutes cause for the
revocation of said permit in accordance with the procedures set forth in the
Butte County Zoning Ordinance, including Butte County Code Sec. 24-62.
2. Unless otherwise provided for in a special condition to this use permit, all
conditions must be completed by the Permittee within 12 months of the
delivery of the countersigned permit to the Permittee.
3. If any use for which a use permit has been granted is not established within
one year of the date of receipt of the countersigned permit by the
Permittee, the permit shall become null and void and reapplication and a
new permit shall be required to establish the use.
4. The terms and conditions of this permit shall run with the land and shall be
binding upon and be to .the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, successors,
and assigns of the Permittee.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Occupancy of the mobile home is limited to Jerry Adams and Family members
(4 total).
2. No rent is to be charged to the occupant of the mobile home.
3. Meet the requirements of the Butte County Environmental Health Department for
domestic water supply and sewage disposal.
4. The mobile home is to be a temporary use on the property pursuant to the
requirements of Section 24-304 of the Butte County Code.

5. The Use Permit shall expire two years from the date of issuance of .the Use
Permit. Upon application, the Planning Commission may grant an extension of
the Use Permit not exceeding one year.
6. In the event that the applicant who is residing within the mobile home or the
conventional residence, for any reason, moves to another location or is deceased,
then in that event, the Use Permit granted herein shall automatically expire and
the mobile home shall be removed within one hundred twenty (120) days. In the
event the mobile home is not removed within one hundred twenty (120) days
pursuant to%the terms.of the Use Permit, the ..County shall remove the mobile
home and store it at the owner's expense.
7. The applicant is to pay a deposit or post a bond to cover the cost of removal in
the amount of $1,500 for a single -wide mobile or $2,000 for a double -wide mobile.
8. Meet the requirements of the Building Division of the Butte county Department
of Development Services.
9. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and local statutes,
ordinances, and regulations.

Under authority of PRC 4290, the following checked items are required
by the Butte "County Fire Department and are made a part of this permit.
These requirements are minimums and will be superseded by Butte County
local regulations which equal or exceed these standards. Field
inspections will be made by the Butte County Building Department for
compliance.
[] 1272.00 Maintenance of Defensible Space. To ensure continued
maintenance of properties in conformance with these
standards and measures and to assure continued avail-
ability, access and utilization of the defensible space.

Surface. All driveway surfaces and structures (bridges,
