Also, a smal- depression in the earth over the septic tank may indicate that the boards over the ser)tic' tank may be partially rotten. These conditions shall be corrected as follows and within THIRTY (30) DAYS from receipt of this letter. Obtain permits from the Butte County Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965, prior to making repairs. 1. Repair or replace the carpet in the living room, and repair or replace the broken vinyl tile in the kitchen. 1) Repair or replace the light switch that operates the light in the dining room. 3. Repair the water -damaged ceiling in the westerly bedrooms. 4. Repair the hole in the roof. 5. Obtain the necessary permits for the space and hot water heaters and comply with applicable laws. A reinsnection will be made. Failure to comply will result in the Franchise Tax Board being advised of your noncompliance.
