This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of Butte to certify that the land
division which created the parcel of property identified below complies with the applicable
provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.

Description: All that certain property located in the County of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described in attached Exhibit "A".
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision
Map Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcel described herein may be
sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any local
ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of the parcel may require issuance of a
permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following condition(s) which have been
imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-166 and Government Code, Section
66499.35 (b), to protect the public health and public safety: N O N E

The land referred to herein is described as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the unincorporated area of Butte County, State of
California, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 288 of Oroville-Wyandotte Fruit Lands Unit No. 6, according to the official
map thereof, filed in the Office of Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, March
8, 1929, in Map Book 10, Pages 3A, 4A and 5A, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 288 in the centerline of Greenbank Avenue;
THENCE along the South boundary of said Lot 288 West 609.29 feet to the Southwest corner
of said Lot 288 in the centerline of Foothill Blvd.;
THENCE along the Westerly boundary of said Lot 288 on the centerline of said Foothill Blvd.,
North 24053' West 136.88 feet to a point;
THENCE leaving said Westerly boundary East 647.70 feet to the Easterly boundary of said Lot
288 in the centerline of said Greenbank Avenue;
THENCE Southerly along said Easterly boundary on arc of curve to the right with radius of.
2000 feet through a central angle of 3136' (the long chord of which bears South 8047' East
125.64 feet) a distance of 125.66 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 288, being a point in the centerline of Foothill
Blvd., said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING for the herein described parcel of land;

Dear Mr. Nelson:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review Committee held on January 9, 1997, the Committee
granted a Conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The condition is:
"Pay the recording fee in effect at the time the Certificate of Compliance is recorded. The current fee is
$6.00 for the first sheet, plus $3.00 for each additional sheet. The estimated current cost for recording this
Certificate is $9.00 without conditions, $12.00 with conditions. This cost estimate is based on 1 page
notification (first sheet), 1 page of legal description attached as Exhibit "A", and 1 page of conditions
attached as Exhibit "B"."
Notes will. be placed on the certificate as follows:
"ATI new structures must meet the Fire Safe Requirements of Butte County and Public Resources Code 4290
and 4291."
"This note is to acknowledge the one bedroom dwelling and to provide notification that usable sewage
disposal area may not be available to expand uses of property."
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed
waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision. If the condition is cleared prior to the end of the appeal
period, a "clean" certificate with no conditions will be recorded. Should you have any questions regarding this matter,
