In addition to the listing of the Nature of Complaint at the bottom of the form, Item'No. 1 has been.'corrected •For, Item No. 2, we have been advised by.Dennis*`Stroud ofthe Weyerhaeuser Company that the siding may have buckled because of.water in the walls and improper location of nails. Items No. 4, 5 and 6 have still not been corrected. Also;•,we would have to add an Item No. 7. The solar system ., is also a.,big problem" 'here". ' According to my owner's manual, the warranty is void because the contractor did not use distilled water as directed. Aslo,tthe solar panels are not oriented correctly, and roof jacks were•not used•'on pipes entering the roof. 11 We need to have our home re -inspected so that we can get these problems resolved. -We have lived in our home since June 1, 1983, and the problems need resolving now. The contractor has made no effort to correct the problems. If I am directing my plea to the wrong office, please direct me in the right direction so that I can get some action on this.
