Part of our philosophy is a concern for people, and this concern is why we sold over $1,000,000.00 last year. We provided energy saving features in.excess of the new State standards four years before the standards became law. In many areas we still exceed the standards. We provide a liveable home at affordable prices, with an un- finished attic space and garage. This is so that the buyer can expand his home at a minimal expense;. In fact, he can do the conversion of the attic space and garage for less than the'$7,200.00 that we would charge an individual to make such conversion.
