At the time I built this bathroom 1 had a C-36 plumbing license from the State of California # 630395. The plumbing has ABS waste and vent with copper water piping. The floor joist are 2 X6 on 16" center with a 4 x 6 Girder centered in the room with piers on 5' centers on 12" deep by 12" sq. concrete support. The sub floor is 3/ " T & G. Insulation is R-19 under the floor. The walls are 2 x 4 framing on 16" center with R-13 insulation in the walls. The Electrical. is 12-2 with ground with GFI at sink and a dedicated GFI circuit for the Jetted Bath Tub motor and grounded to the water piping. The roof rafters are 2 x 8 #2 DF on 24" center with R-30 insulation in the ceiling. %: roof sheeting nailed at 4" on the edge and 12" in the field. The roofing is a 30 year comp over 151b felt. The Drywall is %" with %" green board at the shower. When I built this bathroom I built it for myself and to improve my home and completed it with quality workmanship.
