Code at.. the above referenced location. As of this date, the following violations still exist. 1. Placed 5th wheel trailer in violation of Butte County Code Section 24-87(A)(1) - allows one single family dwelling per parcel, not includ- ing tents, trailers, or mobilehomes. 2. Construction of carport and living area additions in violation of the sections of the 1985 Uniform Building Code adopted by Section 26-1 of the Butte County Code as follows: (a) 301(a) - Permits required. (b) 305(a).- Inspection required. (c) 305(d) - Inspection approval required prior to use or occupancy. The above listed violation (1) shall be corrected.or abated by you by ceasing and desisting the occupancy or use of the 5th wheel trailer and removing same to an authorized_ park or dead storage area within 30 days of the date of this letter.
