SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1. Occupancy of the mobile home is limited to Jacob and Mary Gonzales and -son. 3 2. No rent is to be charged to the occupant of the mobile home. 3. Meet the . requirements of the Butte County Environmental Health Department for domestic water supply and sewage disposal. 4. The mobile home is to be a temporary use on the property pursuant ' to the requirements of Section 24-304 of the Butte County Code. 5. The Use Permit shall expire two years from the date of issuance of the Use Permit. Upon application, the Planning Commission may grant an extension of the Use Permit not exceeding one year. 6. In the' event that the applicant who isresiding- within _the mobile home or the conventional residence, for any reason, moves to - another' location or is deceased, then , in that event, the . Use Permit - granted herein shall automatically expire and the mobile home - shall be removed within one hundred twenty (120) days. In the event the mobile home is not removed within one hundred twenty (120) days pursuant to -the terms of the Use Permit, the County shall remove the mobile home and store it at the owner's expense. 7. The applicant is to pay a deposit or post a bond to . cover the cost of removal in the amount of $1,500 for a single -wide mobile or $2,000.00 for a double -wide mobile. 8. Meet the requirements of the Building Division of the Butte County Department of Public Works. 9. Meet the requirements of the Butte County Fire Department/California Department of Forestry. (All structures must meet Fire Safe Regulations of PRC 4290. Payment of $200 into Battalion 3 Water Tender Fund.) 10. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and local statutes, ordinances, and regulations. NOTE: Minor changes may be approved administratively by the Director of Development Services upon receipt of a substantiated written request by the applicant. Prior to such approval, verification shall be made by each Department or Division that the modification is consistent with the application, fees paid and environmental determination as conditionally approved. Changes deemed to be major or significant in nature shall require a formal application for amendment.
