With reference to the above subject'and`your proposal to`mri64e the house located'at
the southwest corner of Bird and Bridge Streets'in Oroville, the requested inspection
was made on'June' 24, 1981..
The inspection revealed the following items which must be"done or resolved If the
house is moved:
1. Provide a.new 100 -amp minimum electric service and completely rewire the
entire house per code requirements -including the required number of r`ecep-
tacles,�two 20 -amp kitchen appliance circuits, and ground,fault interruptor ,
•protection for the -bathroom" and the exterior outlets.
2. Verify that all plumbing fixtures are vented. _
3. The water heater and heating systems must be installed per code requirements.
y'(The"gas water heater must be removed and relocated.from the compartment off
-the, bathroom.)
4. Provide smoke detectors in the access'to each bedroom.
5. Recommend the installation of R=19 insulation in the attic.
6. The building must be made weathertite. -
7. Remove'and replace all dry rotted and/or deterioiated.materials 'throughout
the building. '
8., Provide adequate supports for the underfloor system and your proposal to
provide a completely new trussed roof system will solve the roof'construc-
tion problems.
9. Obtain Health Department approval on'the water supply and sewage disposal
systems at the new location.
It is now in -order for you to submit two (2) complete sets of plans including plot
plans, floor plans, and structural details to this office, apply for the required
permits% and pay the appropriate fees.
