This limited use facility shall be utilized in compliance with those limitations prescribed by the California Building Code occupancy classification assigned by the building official, additionally, the owner of the parcel or lot must occupy either the main dwelling or the second dwelling unit. If any provision of these restrictions is held to be invalid or for any reason becomes unenforceable, no other provision shall be thereby affected or impaired.
