The inspection revealed that the building under construction has concrete footings, slab floor, framed walls and trussed roof system, and rough plumbing already installed. I suggested that you cease construction until you have submitted complete plans in duplicate, including floor plane, plot plans, and structural detdils, to this office, applied for the required perr.iits, paid the appropriate fees, and until ve have issued the permits. At that brae, an additional inspection will be made to determine whether the work done to date complies with the approved plans.
