This is a warning letter to notify you that you are in violation of the
Butte County Code at the above referenced location as follows:
Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain
final inspection prior to occupancy and permit expiration.
Since permits and inspections are required for the above work, please contact
this office within ten (10) days of the date of this letter, apply for a
permit to complete.the work and pay the appropriate fees.
Failure to obtain permits, inspections and approvals for installation
of a wood stove.
Since permits and inspections are required for the above work, please contact
this office within ten (10) days of the date of this letter, submit three
(3) complete sets of plans, apply for the required permits, and pay the
appropriate fees.
All work must stop until these permits are issued and you are authorized
by our field inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made
until the existing work is inspected and approved.
Please be aware that Butte County has entered into a Code Enforcement Program
that seeks voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code but provides
an effective means of enforcement if such compliance is not obtained. If
voluntary compliance is not obtained, enforcement will be pursued through
the issuance of citations, fines, and the recording of a Notice of Violation.
Your cooperation in resolving this matter would be appreciated. Should

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Sebastian:
We sent you a warning letter dated August 11, 1992 notifying you that you
;. are in violation of the Butte County Code at the above referenced location.
As of this date, the following violations still exist.
(}) Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and .failure to obtain
final inspection prior to use and permit expiration for construction
addition, remodel and decks in violation of the 1973 Uniform Building
Code and the 1985 Uniform Building Code as adopted by Section 267-1
of the Butte County Code as follows:
(a) Section 301(a) Permits Required
(b) Section 305(x) Inspections Required
(c) Section 305(4) Inspection Approval Required before Use or Occupancy
(2) Failure to obtain permits, inspections and approvals for installation
of a woodburning stove in violation of the 1985 Uniform Building Code
4 as adopted by the Butte County Code as follows:
(a) Section 301(a) Permits Required
(b) Section 305(a) Inspections Required
(c) Section 305(4) Inspection Approval Required before Use or Occupancy
�1)The above violation shall be corrected or abated by you applying for a permit
to complete the wort-, and paying the appropriate fees, within thirty (30)
days.of the date of this letter. After permit issuance and field author-
ization to proceed, the corrections must be completed and approved by 'this
office within the permit specified time.
(2) The above violation(s) shall be corrected or abated by you by submitting
three (3) complete sets of plans, applying for the required permits, and
paying the appropriate fees, including penalties, within thirty (30) days
of the date of this letter. After permit issuance and field authorization
to proceed, the work must be completed and approved by this office within
the permit specified time.
